The monitor uses between 60 and 160 Watts depending on what you are doing. This is not going to have any meaningful difference however, as going from 4k 60hz to 4k 144hz increases the power draw with about 5 watts. If we take the same monitor at 60hz vs 144 Hz, the consumption will of course be higher as the monitor simply has to do more work.
